Joint Information: Insider information about the 2025 incentive plan has been released for the stock trading self-inspection results.

Shanghai Hehe Information Technology Co., Ltd. disclosed the self-examination report on the insider information and trading of company stocks by insiders and incentive recipients of the restricted stock incentive plan for 2025. The company held a meeting in 2025 to review and approve the incentive plan draft and disclosure. The scope of this verification includes insiders and incentive recipients, and the trading activities from March 2nd to September 1st, 2025 were queried from the Shanghai branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited. The results showed that during the self-examination period, 8 incentive recipients engaged in trading activities for personal investments without using insider information. Apart from these individuals, no other verification targets conducted trades. The conclusion indicates that no insider information leakage or trading based on insider information was found, and the behavior of all verification targets was compliant with regulations.
