Nokia announced leadership team adjustments and the establishment of two new teams: the Technology and Artificial Intelligence Organization (TAO) and the Corporate Development Organization (CDO). Pallavi Mahajan will serve as Nokia's Chief Technology and Artificial Intelligence Officer, while Konstanty Owczarek will serve as Chief Corporate Development Officer. Both individuals will join the Nokia Group leadership team on October 1, 2025. Nishant Batra has decided to step down from his role as Chief Strategy and Technology Officer and leave the Group leadership team on September 30, 2025.
