Fast Electron's shareholding has changed to be above 5%, but has now decreased to below 5%.

On September 17, 2025, Suzhou Fast Solar Electronic Co., Ltd. announced changes in equity ownership by its shareholder Chengdu Fuende Xingyu Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise. From December 26, 2023 to September 16, 2025, they have respectively reduced their holdings by 2,105,893 and 1,208,800 shares through centralized bidding and block trading, representing 2.3475% and 1.3475% of the total share capital. After this change in equity ownership, their holdings have decreased to 4,485,307 shares, accounting for 4.9999% of the total share capital, and they are no longer a shareholder with more than 5% ownership. From July 8 to September 16, 2025, the changes in equity ownership have reached increments of 1%. This change does not trigger a tender offer, and does not affect the company's control, governance structure, and continued operation. The reduction plan has not yet been completed.
