Guangdong Mingzhu Holdings shareholder co-acting persons partial share pledging and unpledging announcement

Guangdong Mingzhu announced that its controlling shareholder Xingning Zhongyifu pledged 5,059,000 shares on September 16, accounting for 12.58% of its holdings and 0.73% of the total share capital, for the purpose of supplementing working capital. On September 17, 5,000,000 shares were released from the pledge, accounting for 12.43% of its holdings and 0.72% of the total share capital. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, the controlling shareholder Shenzhen Jin Xinan and its concerted parties collectively held 34.03% of the total share capital, with a total pledge of shares accounting for 79.85% of the total holdings. Some of the pledged shares will mature within six months and one year, corresponding to financing balances of 334.3 million yuan and 397.3 million yuan, respectively. This pledge has no substantial impact on the company, and the company will continue to disclose relevant information.
