According to the Wisdom Finance APP, Ke Rui Real Estate Research released an article stating that in the first half of 2025, the construction area of new development projects showed a "stabilization after a decline" trend, and the proxy construction market exhibited two main characteristics: high penetration rate but slowing growth rate, and saturation of entering enterprises. The total contracted area of the top 30 companies reached 1.019 billion square meters, a year-on-year increase of 25%. The overall industry maintained a pattern of "stable leading companies, strengthening mid-level companies, and reshuffling trailing companies".
