Zhixun Finance APP News, Tongfang Taited (01206.HK) announced that on September 17, 2025, the company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Tongfang Energy (as the borrower) entered into a trust loan agreement with China Foreign Trade Trust (as the lender). According to this agreement, China Foreign Trade Trust agreed to provide Tongfang Energy with a trust loan not exceeding RMB 100 million, with a term of 36 months from the date of withdrawal.
