China Institute of Information and Communications: Promoting the transformation and upgrade of the software industry together, the Software Intelligence Committee is officially established.

Recently, the State Council issued the "Opinions on Deepening the Implementation of the Action of 'Artificial Intelligence+'", which clearly proposes "promoting the intelligent transformation of software information service enterprises, restructuring product forms and service models." Large models have triggered profound changes in the three dimensions of software production process, product form, and enterprise transformation, promoting AI + software to go deeper into reality. In the software production process, large models reshape the software development process and paradigm, promoting software engineering to enter a new era of intelligence; in terms of software product forms, large models promote fundamental changes in software product forms and interaction methods, continuously improving the intelligence maturity of software products; at the level of intelligent transformation of software enterprises, large models promote software enterprises to carry out transformation and upgrade around dimensions such as enterprise operations management, business models, talent cultivation, and organizational structure, putting the global software market at a new starting point for business model innovation and competition rule reshaping. The committee upgrades and expands on the basis of the original "AIIA-Intelligent Software Engineering Working Group," and adopts multiple measures to promote the technological development and application innovation of China's software industry. First, to continue to delve into the research on the intelligent transformation of the entire software development process, promote the deep landing and application of new technologies such as artificial intelligence in various stages of demand, development, testing, and operation and maintenance, to improve the quality and efficiency of development. Second, to promote the intelligent innovation of software product forms, on one hand, to promote the intelligent upgrading of system software, middleware, application software, and various industry-specific software, to help integrate artificial intelligence technology with existing software products, on the other hand, to conduct in-depth research on AI native software innovation and cultivate new forms of software products. Finally, to promote the intelligent upgrading of software information enterprises, to help accelerate the "intelligence reform and digital transformation" process centered on large models, driving enterprises to achieve all-round transformation and upgrading in production methods, service models, and business models.
