The China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission has issued a reply regarding China Life Insurance Co., Ltd.'s investment in the establishment of People's Insurance Healthy Management Co., Ltd. It approves China Life to use its own capital of 200 million RMB to invest in the establishment of People's Insurance Healthy Management Co., Ltd., with a 100% shareholding ratio.
