On September 16, Wang Ping released three pledges, totaling 1,990,000 shares, 1,380,000 shares, and 1,000,000 shares respectively, with the pledgees being CITIC Securities, CITIC Securities, and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Shenzhen Branch. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Wang Ping held 102 million shares, accounting for 38.997% of the total shares. After the release of the pledge, the pledged shares amount to 26.1 million shares, accounting for 25.48% of the shares held by him, 9.94% of the total share capital of the company, and there is no restriction or freeze on the pledged shares.
