Reporters learned from the Chongqing Limited Company of the Yangtze River Railway Group that on September 17th, the control project of the Yichang to Fuling section of the Shanghai-Chongqing-Chengdu high-speed railway entered the main construction phase with the successful drilling of the new Fangdou Mountain Tunnel, marking a significant milestone in the construction of the Yichang to Fuling high-speed railway. This tunnel, which presented the greatest difficulty in construction for the entire project, has now laid a solid foundation for the timely completion of the entire railway line.
