Eddie Yue: HKMA will establish new Renminbi liquidity arrangement.

The Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Carrie Lam, delivered a new policy address at the Legislative Council today. Lam stated that the Hong Kong Monetary Authority will establish a new Renminbi funding arrangement.
