Yuncheng Development Investment Group applies to MOX Australian Exchange for the issuance of 200 million RMB in additional bonds for listing.

On September 17, Yuncheng Development Investment Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yuncheng Development Investment Group") issued a listing announcement regarding YUNCDI 6.5 09/01/28 (ISIN: XS3157575419). As stated in the offering circular (dated September 11, 2025), the listing application for the bonds issued only to professional investors (as defined in Article 2.1.6 of the Guidelines for the Issuance and Trading of Corporate Bonds by the Macau Monetary Authority) has been submitted to the Macau Financial Asset Exchange Limited (MOX). The aforementioned bonds have been approved for listing and trading on September 17, 2025.
