CICC: Ethylene is expected to reach a turning point after 2027.

According to a research report from CICC, currently ethylene in China is still in an expansion cycle, while overseas production capacity is facing accelerated exits. Based on the global capacity deployment plan, it is predicted that ethylene is expected to reach a turning point after 2027. If subsequent domestic and foreign policies can strictly control the total increase of ethylene, control the deployment structure of various routes, and restructure old production capacity, it may stimulate the acceleration of industry turning point.
