Zhitong Finance APP News, Alibaba-W (09988.HK) announced that the company has completed the issuance of approximately $3.2 billion in principal amount of zero-coupon convertible preference notes due in 2032 on September 16, 2025. These notes were issued to certain non-U.S. persons in offshore transactions conducted in accordance with Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act.
