Shine Grace Gold (01939) signs a trademark license agreement with Kingold Group.

Zhithong Financial APP News, Kinghood Gold (01939) announced that on September 16, 2025, Shenzhen Jinyafu Holdings Group Co., Ltd. (Jinyafu Group) as the licensor has signed a trademark license agreement with our wholly-owned subsidiary Hong Kong Shangshan Technology Development Co., Ltd. (Shangshan Technology) as the licensee. According to the agreement, Shangshan Technology will pay Jinyafu Group 1 Hong Kong dollar per year for the trademark license rights in all countries and regions outside of Mainland China (including the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macau Special Administrative Region, Taiwan, and other overseas areas). The licensed trademarks include the "Kinghood Smart Gold Shop", "KINGHOOD GOLD ATM", and "KINGHOOD SMART GOLD STORE" brands owned by Jinyafu Group.
