On September 16th, the parent company of Tai Er, Jiumaojiu Group, responded by stating that Tai Er's core focus is on "live fish, fresh chicken, and fresh beef," along with a more diverse structure of hot dishes, as well as a more comfortable dining environment, all aimed at creating a triple experience of delicious food, a comfortable environment, and sincere service. Tai Er's new fresh store concept was officially launched in March of this year and will gradually expand nationwide in the second quarter, with 68 stores currently open. It is expected to complete the transformation of 150 stores by the end of this year and complete all store transformations by 2026.
