Hong Kong property market: Overall property registration volume in the first half of September increased by 6.3% month-on-month, and there may be a chance to surpass 7,000 registrations for the whole month.

Wang Pindi, Director of the Property Research Department in Hong Kong, stated that according to data from the Hong Kong Land Registry, there have been a total of 3,512 property registrations so far this month, an increase of about 6.3% compared to the same period last month. If the current registration pace continues, it is estimated that the total number of property registrations for the entire month of September could potentially exceed 7,000.
