On the evening of September 16, Haitai Xinguang announced that Ma Min, a shareholder with 0.8409% of the company's shares, and the controlling shareholder and actual controller of the company, Zheng Anmin, are acting in concert. Ma Min plans to reduce his shareholding by no more than 252,000 shares, accounting for no more than 0.2102% of the total share capital of the company.
