TianDi Digital announced that the company's shareholder, Shenghua Group, and its concerted action person Qian Xiaomei plan to reduce their total holding of company shares by no more than 4,473,300 shares, accounting for 2.9577% of the total share capital of the company, through centralized bidding and/or block trading within three months after the disclosure of this announcement. The reason for the reduction is the shareholders' own capital needs.
