(referred to as "National IC Fund") reduced its holdings of the company's shares by 2.5919 million shares through centralized bidding trading from July 28, 2025 to September 15, 2025, accounting for 0.357947% of the company's current total share capital. This was due to the passive dilution caused by the increase in the total share capital of the company's equity incentive from November 22, 2023 to September 15, 2025, resulting in a dilution of 0.062843%. After this equity change, the National IC Fund holds 36.2039 million shares of the company, accounting for 4.999932% of the total share capital of the company, no longer being a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company.
