Dawei Corporation (300535.SZ) plans to issue 5.5 million restricted shares.

According to the Jinri Toutiao Finance and Economics APP, Dawei Stock (300535.SZ) disclosed the 2025 Restricted Stock Incentive Plan (Draft), the company plans to grant 2.35 million shares of the first type of restricted stock (of which 2.22 million shares will be granted for the first time), and plans to grant 3.15 million shares of the second type of restricted stock (of which 3.02 million shares will be granted for the first time). A total of 186 individuals are targeted for the initial incentive grants. The grant price for the restricted stock awarded to the incentive recipients in this plan is 10.09 yuan per share.
