Global Innovation Index: Hong Kong, China Ranks Rise to 15th

The World Intellectual Property Organization announced today that in the 2025 Global Innovation Index, Hong Kong, China has risen 3 places to 15th among 139 economies worldwide, maintaining its 5th position in Asia. A spokesperson for the SAR government stated that we are pleased to see Hong Kong making good progress in the Innovation Index. Accelerating the development of innovation and technology is a key focus of the SAR government's governance. We will continue to improve the innovation and technology ecosystem, gather global innovation and technology resources and talents to make every effort to drive Hong Kong to become an international innovation and technology center.
