Guangan Aizhong Announcement: The company intends to acquire 90% equity of Qitai County Hengtuo New Energy Power Generation Co., Ltd. at a price of 0 yuan. After the completion of this transaction, Qitai Hengzhong will continue to invest, construct, and operate the 400MW Henglian Qitai coal-to-electricity flexibility transformation supporting wind power project. At the same time, the company and Rui Neng Electric Power will jointly increase the capital of Qitai Hengtuo by 445 million yuan in cash according to the shareholding ratio, and undertake the original 500,000 yuan paid-in obligations according to the shareholding ratio.
