Tencent Finance News, Shenghe Biology-B (02898.HK) announced that, after being recommended by the Audit Committee, it has decided to appoint Zhonghui Anda Certified Public Accountants LLP (Zhonghui Anda) as the new auditor starting from September 16, 2025, to fill the temporary vacancy left by the resignation of Deloitte, with a term lasting until the end of the next annual general meeting of the company's shareholders.
