The China International Commercial Arbitration Annual Report released today shows that in recent years, with the increasing international influence of China's trade and commercial arbitration, the number of foreign-related cases being accepted has been increasing year by year. The report shows that in 2024, the Trade Arbitration Commission accepted 758 foreign-related cases, an increase of 18% compared to the previous year; the total amount of disputes in foreign-related cases handled by the Commission increased from 37.4 billion yuan in 2022 to 81.125 billion yuan in 2024, doubling the disputed amount.
