CINNO IC Research statistics show that in the first half of 2025, the combined revenue of the top 10 semiconductor equipment vendors in the world exceeded $64 billion, an increase of approximately 24% compared to the previous year. The market size of the top 10 semiconductor equipment manufacturers in the first half of the year was the same as in 2024, with no changes in the top five rankings. Dutch company ASML led the rankings with approximately $17 billion in revenue in the first half of the year, followed by American company Applied Materials (AMAT) with approximately $13.7 billion in revenue in second place. American companies Lam Research (LAM), Japanese company Tokyo Electron (TEL), and American company KLA Corporation (KLA) ranked third, fourth, and fifth respectively. In terms of revenue, the combined revenue of the top five semiconductor equipment vendors in the first half of the year was nearly $54 billion, accounting for approximately 85% of the total revenue of the top 10 vendors.
