Zhonglu Company establishes a new company specializing in the production of graphite and carbon products.

According to the Qi Cha Cha app, Xiamen Austek Composite Materials Technology Co., Ltd. was recently established with a registered capital of 20 million yuan. Its business scope includes manufacturing of high-performance fibers and composite materials; research and development of carbon fiber recycling technology; and sales of graphite and carbon products. Equity penetration displayed by Qi Cha Cha shows that the company is fully owned by Zhonglu Stocks.
