On the 15th, the 2025 Internet Yuelu Summit opened in Changsha. Shen Xiaoming, Party Secretary of Hunan Province, gave a speech and announced the opening, while Mao Weiming, Deputy Party Secretary and Governor of the province, presided over the event. Shen Xiaoming pointed out that "AI+" is an important driving force for Hunan to continuously build the "three highlands", cultivate and develop new productive forces, and achieve high-quality development. Hunan will focus on applications, accurately find the track for precise efforts, and focus on the application of "AI+" in the fields of science and technology, industrial development, consumer quality improvement, people's livelihood, governance capabilities, etc., to promote the accelerated implementation of "AI+" actions in Hunan and work together with all parties to create a new highland for "AI+". The theme of this summit is "AI Leading, Envisioning Xiangjiang", focusing on artificial intelligence, the construction of global R&D center cities, and innovation and entrepreneurship by university students. It includes the opening ceremony, Yuelu Forum, and more than 10 special forums, inviting academicians, experts, renowned entrepreneurs, and representatives of young entrepreneurs to discuss the development of artificial intelligence.
