Superstar Legend Announcement: Star Creation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, has entered into a stock acquisition agreement with Beijing Jinzhou Sunshine Consulting Co., Ltd. and Deloitte Hua Yong Certified Public Accountants Beijing Office. Star Creation has agreed to acquire approximately 1.17% of the equity of National Stadium Company Limited, corresponding to the registered capital of approximately RMB 24.3 million that the target company has already paid. After the completion of the acquisition, the target company will not become a subsidiary of Superstar Legend, and its financial performance will not be consolidated into the group's comprehensive financial statements. The target company is the main entity responsible for the construction and operation of the National Stadium, and this acquisition aligns with the company's strategic development direction, helping to enhance the value conversion of IP and industrial synergies.
