However, recent media reports have found that at a Tai Er Pickled Fish restaurant in Hangzhou, after ordering, all three dishes were served within 7 minutes. The staff explained that the fish used in the pickled fish dish is uniformly distributed and sliced and marinated on-site at the restaurant. On September 16th, the Interface News journalist called Tai Er Pickled Fish's customer service hotline for consultation, and the customer service response stated that the "fresh and live store" provides live fish that are cooked on the spot when they arrive at the store that day. Currently, there are "fresh and live stores" in multiple cities, with different menus at different stores, and customers can find out specific store menus through mini-programs or review websites.
