The visit will include a technology partnership expected to bring in billions of dollars in new investment. Trump and UK Prime Minister Starmore are also expected to unveil a defense technology cooperation agreement and work to deepen ties between the two countries' major financial centers. These agreements are expected to be at least partially announced at a business reception hosted by Chancellor of the Exchequer Rachel Reeves, which Trump and Starmore will attend. Several top U.S. technology leaders, including Huang Renxun of NVIDIA and Sam Altman of OpenAI, are also expected to participate in a roundtable meeting on Thursday at the Prime Minister's countryside villa of Chequers.
