The Zhitong Financial News APP reported that Gansu Bank (02139.HK) issued an announcement stating that at the board meeting held on September 15, 2025, the board of directors approved the appointment of Mr. Shi Hailong (Mr. Shi) as an executive director of the fourth board of directors of the bank. His term of office will start from the date when his directorship qualification is approved by the Gansu Regulatory Bureau of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission (Gansu Regulatory Bureau), and will be consistent with the term of office of the fourth board of directors. He may be re-elected for another term after the expiration of his current term.
