Zhongchuang Environmental Protection announced in the evening of September 15th that its shareholder, Xingtai Huisheng Zhifeng Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd., holding 4.22% of the company's shares, plans to reduce its total holdings of the company's shares by no more than 7.7098 million shares through centralized competitive trading or block trading.
