The Zhixin Finance and Economics App reported that Shanghai Pharmaceuticals (02607.HK) announced that the entity increasing its holdings is Shanghai International Investment Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shanghai Industrial (Group) Co., Ltd., the controlling shareholder of Shanghai Pharmaceuticals. On September 15, 2025, Shanghai International increased its holdings of 100,000 H shares of the company. After this increase, Shanghai International holds 301 million H shares of the company, accounting for 8.104% of the total share capital of the company.
