According to the Wise Finance and Economics APP, on September 15, the National Bureau of Statistics released the basic situation of the national real estate market from January to August. The data shows that from January to August, the national real estate development investment was 6.0309 trillion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 12.9% (calculated by comparable caliber); among them, residential investment was 4.6382 trillion yuan, a decrease of 11.9%. From January to August, the construction area of real estate development enterprises was 6.43109 billion square meters, a year-on-year decrease of 9.3%. Among them, the residential construction area was 4.4846 billion square meters, a decrease of 9.6%. The newly started construction area of houses was 3.9801 billion square meters, a decrease of 19.5%.
