Heilongjiang issues tornado warning.

Heilongjiang Provincial Meteorological Observatory issued a tornado warning at 16:10 on the 14th. It is expected that in the next 2 hours, there will be thunderstorms, strong winds, short-term heavy rainfall, and hail in the eastern part of Bayan, western part of Mulan, and southern part of Qing'an in Heilongjiang Province. Some towns may experience tornadoes, with the maximum gust reaching force 10 to 11.
