According to the China Iron and Steel Association, on September 9th, the Iron and Steel Industry "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" Technology Forecast Seminar, sponsored by the China Iron and Steel Industry Association and hosted by Hangzhou Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd., was held. It is reported that the technology forecast of the iron and steel industry for the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" is expected to be released by the end of this year, and will provide support for the decision-making of major scientific research projects of relevant national departments, provide references for enterprises to carry out scientific research and development, and strengthen the linkage with technology forecast achievements in the review of metallurgical science and technology awards, recommendation of national scientific research projects, etc.
