On September 13th, the domestically developed hydroelectric auxiliary control system was officially put into operation at the Huawen Xiaowan Hydropower Station in the middle and lower reaches of the Lancang River, marking the complete localization of China's hydroelectric infrastructure from "core" to "whole".
