Encourage research institutions, universities, and enterprises to carry out joint training to support the construction of national engineering practice bases for intelligent connected new energy vehicles, and support leading enterprises in the new energy vehicle industry to hold high-quality vocational education to improve the localization of composite talents training capabilities. Expand talent recruitment channels, and increase efforts to introduce high-level talents in key areas such as automotive chips, operating systems, basic materials, etc.
