According to sources, China United Network Communications Group Co., Ltd. is seeking around $500 million in private credit to fund a project in Malaysia. With the strong demand for digital infrastructure, similar transactions are on the rise in Asia. China United Network Communications Group plans to use the proceeds to build a data center in Johor, Malaysia. The term of this transaction may be around two to three years. China United Network Communications Group's clients include Alibaba, ByteDance, Tencent, and other enterprises.
