Intelligence Finance News APP, Derin Holdings (01709.HK) and Winner Fashion (03709) jointly announced that on September 12, 2025, Winner and Derin Holdings entered into a strategic cooperation and investment agreement, under which Derin Holdings conditionally agreed to subscribe for shares at the subscription price on the completion date, while Winner conditionally agreed to issue and distribute subscription shares at the subscription price; and Derin Holdings and Winner have reached an overall framework and direction consensus on the RWA tokenization plan in accordance with the strategic cooperation.
