The Law on the Response to Sudden Public Health Emergencies regulates the response system in accordance with the law to improve response capabilities, better protect the lives and health of the people. The National Park Law comprehensively specifies the high-quality promotion of national park construction from layout and establishment, protection and management, participation and sharing. The Law on Legal Publicity and Education summarizes the experience of 40 years of popularizing legal knowledge to provide legal norms for promoting legal publicity and education work in an innovative and deep manner. The revised Arbitration Law further improves the arbitration legal system with Chinese characteristics that is compatible with international rules, to ensure fair and timely resolution of economic disputes. The decision on amending the Food Safety Law focuses on prominent issues, strengthens regulatory measures, and firmly safeguards the bottom line of food safety. Relevant parties must earnestly carry out the learning and publicity, implementation preparation work for the above laws, speed up the issuance of supporting regulations and guarantee measures, and ensure the full and effective implementation of the laws.
