State Power Investment Corporation stated in a document that as of the end of August, the group's peak summer electricity generation reached 173.5 billion kilowatt hours, a 2.9% increase from the same period last year, setting a new historical high. Clean energy generation reached 98.1 billion kilowatt hours, a 4.3% increase from the same period last year, accounting for 56.5% of the total electricity generation. Both the clean energy generation volume and the proportion of clean energy generation reached historical highs.
