According to the introduction, users can ask "Ant Insurance Junior" any insurance-related questions, including about products, premium calculations, product comparisons, policy management, etc. Users can select a product for "Ant Insurance Junior" to analyze, and receive clear interpretations of key information such as coverage scope, underwriting rules, health requirements, claims processes, etc. Since the internal testing of "Ant Insurance Junior" opened in August, a total of 3.7 million users have used the service, with an average of 4.1 rounds of conversation per session.
