Shan High New Energy (01250.HK) subsidiary has signed an EPC contract with the joint contractor for its distributed photovoltaic project located in Shandong.

The Zhitong Financial APP News announced that on September 12, 2025, Jinan Mount High New Energy Technology (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Mountain High New Energy and an indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary of Mountain High Holdings) and Mountain High Holdings jointly announced the signing of an EPC contract with the joint contractors (Shandong High-speed Urban Construction, Shandong Provincial Traffic Planning and Design Institute, and China Hydropower Engineering). According to the EPC contract, Jinan Mountain High New Energy Technology has agreed to commission the joint contractors to provide EPC services for the project (a 5.56MW peak distributed photovoltaic project on the Lanshao Expressway in Linshu County, Linyi City, Shandong Province, China), with a total contract price of RMB 1822.91 million (including all taxes)(subject to adjustment in the event of changes in national tax policies).
