Tibet Tourism Announcement: Shareholders who hold more than 5% of the shares, Tibet International Tourism Culture Investment Group Co., Ltd. will reduce their holdings of the company's shares by 703,200 shares through centralized bidding from September 5 to September 11, 2025, accounting for 0.31% of the company's total share capital. After the change in equity, the Tourism Investment Group will hold 135,627,000 shares of the company, accounting for 5.98% of the total share capital. This reduction is in accordance with the previously disclosed reduction plan and will not result in changes in the company's controlling shareholders or actual controllers.
