Jinko Solar Energy announced that shareholders Jinko Solar Energy Investment, Shangrao Runjia, Shangrao Zuoling II, and Shangrao Kaitai II plan to transfer 400,208,099 shares through inquiry transfer, accounting for 4.00% of the company's total share capital, due to their own capital needs. The transferor collectively holds more than 5% of Jinko Solar Energy's shares, and the shares held have been released from restriction. The minimum price for this inquiry transfer is 70% of the average trading price of the stock for the 20 trading days prior to sending the subscription invitation. The transferee must be an institutional investor with the corresponding pricing ability and risk tolerance.
