Zhito Finance APP News, Dongtou Chanrong (000958.SZ) issued an announcement in November 2022. The company used Liangcun Heat and Power Co., Ltd. (referred to as Liangcun Heat or the project company) as the target asset to issue asset-backed securities (referred to as class REITs) in the China Interbank Market Traders Association (referred to as the Interbank Market) with an issuance size of 1.77 billion yuan. The project is set to mature in November 2025. Dongtou Chanrong plans to continue using Liangcun Heat as the target asset to issue a new class of REITs products in the interbank market, with an expected issuance size of no more than 1.74 billion yuan.
