Baiji Shenzhou announced that as of the last day of the subscription period on August 29, 2025, a total of 3932 participants purchased a total of 62,962 American Depositary Shares (ADS) under the 2018 Employee Stock Purchase Plan. The total number of shares involved is 818,500, accounting for approximately 0.05% of the total number of shares issued by the company. The price of each ADS is $208.7, equivalent to approximately HK$125.06 per share of common stock. The total amount deducted from the authorized salary during the subscription period is $13.4495 million.
