Huitian Thermal Power: Due to improper disclosure of information, the Liaoning Securities Regulatory Bureau issued a warning letter to the company and relevant responsible persons.

Huitian Thermal Power announced on September 12th that the company and related personnel received a decision from the Liaoning Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission on September 12, 2025, regarding the issuance of a warning letter to Huitian Thermal Power Co., Ltd., Zheng Yun, Yang Hui, and Li Zhi. Upon investigation, it was found that there were irregularities in the disclosure of information in the company's "2025 Interim Report," "2025 Interim Financial Report," and "Interim Financial Statements," including errors in content production and input. Chairman and General Manager Zheng Yun, Deputy General Manager and CFO Yang Hui, and Board Secretary Li Zhi are held responsible for these violations. The Liaoning Securities Regulatory Bureau has decided to issue a warning letter to the company as well as Zheng Yun, Yang Hui, and Li Zhi, and this will be recorded in the integrity files of the securities and futures market.
